At Tori Richard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our resort wear and aloha shirts. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are still attached.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
